The corporate customers were offered a well-balanced line of financial products:
clearance and teller services;
installation and maintenance of remote control systems ‘Bank–Customer’ and ‘Internet Bank–Customer’;
a variety of credit options;
deposits of money;
financial and operational leasing;
transactions on exchange of currency;
bank guarantees;
trade financing;
transactions with securities and brokerage services;
documentary transactions;
acceptance of bank cards of major international and Russian payment systems (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express) at trading and service companies;
salary payment programs for employees of corporate customers of the Bank, using bank cards of international and Russian payment systems;
credit offers via bankcards of the payment system MasterCard for employees of corporate customers of the Bank;
overdraft credit offers for employees of corporate customers of the Bank against a guarantee of the company (legal entity);
issue and servicing of corporate bankcards;
consulting on different aspects of bank activities.
The Bank is actively attracting new customers, extending the list of services offered to its customers, introducing advanced technologies, including those via the Internet, which make the Customer – Bank relations simpler and friendlier. In particular, use is made of individual services to the big corporate customers within the current and developing network of branch offices within the territory where the Bank is present, including the institute of personal managers, coordinating operations with the Internet customers is being improved.
